Opening issue to track development of alcohol module

Interesting paper on the effect of transitioning between moderate consumption, abuse and dependence based on the Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) criteria that we have in Understanding Society. The outcomes of interest were SF-12 physical and mental wellbeing.
