Admin Menu Link Titles (and/or Tooltips) #78

I noticed there are no title attributes in the Admin menu links. Not sure if that's intentional or just not-yet-added? But they should be, and maybe Tooltips would be even better? Bootstrap have ToolTips ready and waiting.

Great job on Leeflets everyone who's contributed. I just gave it a local test drive and it's very impressive.

For accessibility (and validation reasons), the title attribute should be added, although having tooltips isn't really a necessity. Good eye, though!

I think tooltips would be beneficial @shoostar. As it stands you really have to "click blindly" when you're new to the interface, and don't know what link does what. I know that a Tour is going to be introduced (Issue #55), but that's one-time-only thing, and although the menu icons are reasonably-explanatory for those familiar with all-things-interface, it shouldn't be assumed that all Leeflet users will be so. I'll be using Leeflets as a CMS for folks who have never CMS'd before, because before Leeflets, it's been simply too complicated.

My first time inside Leeflets I asked myself "What's this do?" clicking each button. Not knowing what something does scares people. It can scares them into not clicking things at all. And no-one should be scared inside such a beautifully-simplistic platform.
