deleted some comments #13

I wasn't able to find any places where the title block was placed more than once. I also couldn't find out what was wrong with the processing page template. I deleted some comments, and the game is able to run on my end, so maybe it is okay now?

I think otree compiles the commented lines and that was causing the issue. I’ll merge it now and see if it works on Heroku
