Bug Report Screen Should Have Option to Reset Data #389

As a user, I was stuck in a loop where the bug report screen had a "take me home" button, but then the home screen caused the bug (this was when i upgraded from 1.2.1 to 1.3). I think there should be a reset data option on the bug screen.
