Set up pallete 🖌️ #429

Palette doesn’t touch the DOM except for getting the querySelector path to an element. For example, palette will tell you a user clicked an element in “body > div > input” but that’s it. It won’t collect things like the value of the input or contents of the element.

Failing because the asset key is invalid. It might be that PALETTE_ASSET_KEY isn't defined so it's defaulting to foobar as its asset key
