Early first second decrement #28

The first second after the grace period ends prematurely. I don't know what's causing it, but once it's found it should be easy to fix.

I know now. Say you start with 60 seconds. After decrementing .1 seconds, the timer drops to 59 seconds. I could start off the timer with .9 seconds excess

Lichess does this early second thing too. Closing this "issue" since nothing needs to be done.
