Knockback being possible when it shouldnt be #24

in certain circumstances, its possible to deal knockback when you shouldnt be able to, here is a list:

  1. Arrows in lobby
  2. Snowballs in invulnerability timer (kind of?) (fixed)
  3. Arrows in invulnerability timer (fixed)
