WIM breaks Questie Links #36

Send someone a message, and the Questie links should show up. But... they just show as text. Worse, it replaces characters with a sun-glasses face.

Just to add complication... when you disable emojis, it also disables Target Markers -- it should not disable those. Those are stock functionality, not something WIM adds. {RT3} should show a triangle.
