Tuple Selector very slow to appear in ProvenanceViewer #10

The ProvenanceViewer contains a Tuple Selector where a user can choose a 
table in the system and view the current contents of that table. When using 
the VM demo running SUSE the table containing the tuples is extremely slow to  
load. The problem does not occur in Windows.

On the VM demo, Orchestra was being run under DB2's JRE. When we switched 
Orchestra to 
the most recent Sun JRE this problem disappeared.
