What is the theory with this. Put it back if we find a variation that cant run this packet size?

I may change it anyways, I have an idea from previous to it being made useless code. We'll see where things go, as you stated we can always add it back, that is why I left the notes, in fact I see now I forgot to add a new chip to the notes.

Will add it ASAP.
