Antus/p08filevalidation #317

Moves 'P04 1M' to P05. Adds P08 File validation.

P04 256Kb (which are no longer believed to be P04) still need to be identified and code moved. I don't have an E54 to test, not sure if the generic sum code is working for those already, or there is work to do there.
