Cannot install "Security Update for Windows XP Embedded (KB2686509)" on Windows XP SP3 Home Edition #200

I downloaded the Windows XP Home Edition ISO from archive.org and just downloaded Legacy Update and installed around 250 updates. I found this error during the process.

just download and install normal version of it
