IF NO HIDE Q28 & GO TO ITEM 29 ELSE GO TO ITEM 28 which will start with words: 'YOU MUST ATTACH A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT/S TO THIS ORDERS' Add line item to Addendum (Documents to be attached to this agreement)
