Old releases of Starlink have a GKS implementation with a bunch of legacy terminal drivers, just what we like!

The implementation appears to be entirely in fortran, so maybe f2c is needed to port this.

Implementation claims to be level 2b, so prefer Xgks for a more complete implementation.
