Write Id specific GIF extension blocks #100

While Id is a fork of fractint, fractint could continue to evolve in it's own direction. Therefore, we should scan GIF extension blocks and prefer Id extension blocks over fractint extension blocks. When saving images, we should only save Id specific extension blocks.

This is only an issue for GIF images; for other image types only read/write Id specific extension blocks, however they may be encoded.
