savetime= doesn't appear to work #43

The parameter is parsed and some variables are initialized, but the actual saving doesn't appear to be present.

I think this is incidental to the C code parallel to the assembly code and not consequential to the Iterated Dynamics fork/port. Fractint patch notes that it was busted in xfractint and that they fixed it at some point over there. So I'm deferring this to a subsequent release.

There was mention in the Fractint patch release notes that a change was made to restore savetime= functionality to xfractint. It is likely the same change needs to be made in Id.
