Default save location should be user's Documents folder

Currently the default save location is the current directory, which won't work when Id is installed to Program Files.

Mighty need a new parameter, savedir=, to let you configure this to whatever location you want.

All files should be saved to that location, not just GIF image files:

• generated batch scripts (make mig)
• generated PAR files
• saved colormaps
• saved orbits files
• raytracing output files
