Generating a new image:

POST to character-illustration route
Returns DALL-E link (this is temporary, user must save character sheet with image to keep it)

If user saves their character sheet to their account or updates character sheet with a charImage:

Image generated by DALL-E will be buffered and uploaded to Google Cloud Storage (recommended over Firestore for images)
Cloud Storage image filename (a UID) will be saved in the character sheet in the user's account in Firestore

Retrieving a saved image:

GET character-illustration/::character_illustration_filename
Use image filename in saved character sheet to retrieve a signed URL from Cloud Storage
1. Get saved character sheet
2. Look up filename under charImage
3. Send GET to route with filename
4. Returns a signed URL to temporarily access image
