Gravity Grabber Item has Issues lol #1345

Starting Transition and Ending transition is incorrect, the Black Outline of the Black Circle is on the wrong layer and overlays enemies, the White smoke Effect that appears when the rocks smash together does not appear.

This is fixed except for the sparks rendering underneath of the black circle on the ground

Black circle still rendering on top of enemies as well.

@theflyingzamboni maybe the black circle is just too close to the camera?
