Thunder Kid Orbs Looking Triangular #1377

Describe the bug The orbs of light that rise up and hit the target with lightning have a triangular protrusion at certain perspectives which makes them fail to look like orbs in SC.

These look very familiar... I think I saw these triangle-like effects in one of Meru's spells. Maybe Freezing Ring or Diamond Dust. Worth looking into?

Looks like an effect rotation issue. The cones should always be facing the camera.
