Move color picker to be next to `Font colour:` #42

Thought it looked better next to the font color instead of "randomly" on the first line.

I was actually thinking about this earlier today right before I pushed https://github.com/Legend-of-iPhoenix/cemetech-userstyle/commit/c5c9f51be76d0757f177c2988e145672e1937ecf

I'm not so sure that keeping the keywords dropdown is necessary, especially since they are not conclusive in any way.

That's because it was yoinked straight from mine. I had in fact placed it properly (next to the font color) but that seems to have been lost on the way here.
