Sign exploit essentials.sign.use grants essentials.sign.create permission #311

Description

Example: essentials.sign.use.free permission allow sign use, and create. Works all sign use permission.

Are you sure you didn't give the player the permission essentials.sign?

It seems like this isn't actually an issue with the permissions but with the sign checking itself. I'll see if I can fix it.

And if it is not being checked if the player has the permission? You are registering the permission, but it has no use.?

@kenygamer please stop making comments that don't make sense. Permissions are being checked, but the current way of special signs is a mess. This will be taken care of in the rewrite.
