Add HoodLoader2CLPUnoMegaController_NonAddressable #359

This file is to be used in place of HoodLoader2CLPUnoMegaController to enable the user to use 4 pin RGB lights with their Arduino.

It supports two RGB fixtures. One using the first LED of channel 1 and the next using the second LED of channel 1.

I made a pull request for this before but you requested this feature so I finally got around to updating it!
