Cannot craft a signed version of Urja Trousers, and Guild master displays wrong TextID. #1093

Steps To Reproduce / any other info: It seems that the recipie for Signed* Urja Trousers is missing. I was attempting to craft some for leather craft test, but when I added the materials etc. I received the standard invalid recipie message. The craft seemed to work using a normal Earth Crystal but not with a Terra, thus preventing me from passing leathercraft 100+ test.

Ok, It seems the Guild master accepts the Unsigned Urja Trousers. But she is responding with the wrong message, telling you that 'These won't do'.

Don't close if threes an actual problem still, even if for you personally it was resolved. Otherwise how will we know to fix it so the next guy doesn't have the same thing happen? This almost didn't get seen.

@R3P0FFXI see if the HQ crystal is missing in the synth recipe table.

@TeoTwawki according to @atom0s the flags in item_basic are incorrect on all of the newly crafted gear we built. Currently the flag is 2048 and needs to be 2080 to allow items to be signed. There may also be other DSP related issues in other places he and i really did not have a chance to sit down and go over everything.
