Cerberus Hide/Meat missing from Cerberus #1213

Steps To Reproduce / any other info: Currently Cerberus Hide's only drop from Sarameya/PW and Cerberus Meat is not listed as dropping from any mobs.

@JessLand86 this is an issue that will be addressed in time. until we are able to move drops into pools as retail does which is in the works btw we cannot add any further drops to the mobs.
