Steps To Reproduce / any other info:

With 50% gear fast cast and the 2 atma Tusked Terror and Lightning Beast, it's possible to obtain around 90-95%? fast cast, making most spells instant (or near instant) cast. This does not affect recast times.

This could easily be exploited by having a rotation of tier 4 nukes to deal out massive amounts of damage very fast.

The problem is in scripts/globals/atma.lua. Those 2 atma are using MOD_UFASTCAST instead of MOD_FASTCAST. I haven't found anywhere that they should be able to break the fastcast cap.
