These coordinates aren't where the incident occured. Occured in Legion and where Vrtra is, I'm assuming it is with all large mobs.. but not sure

Steps To Reproduce / any other info:
Anytime I engage a larger monster I experience massive slow down especially when they are doing AOE TP moves. Didn't happen before the update and at all and I rarely experience lag like that because my connection has been pretty stable. i turned effects all the way off and same thing occurred, so I don't think it's a connection thing or a graphical error, and i am not sure what it is to be honest.

PS: Same issue happened a lot in Legion as well.
