Chocobo Jig II not applying buff on cast. #1714

Steps To Reproduce / any other info: Chocobo Jig (I), Chocobo Mazurka correctly apply movement speed+ buffs, but Chocobo Jig (II) does not. Not implemented in DSP, never mind. https://wiki.dspt.info/index.php/What_Works#Dancer
