Enlight Enthunder does not overwrite itself when casted before effect wears off

Steps To Reproduce / any other info: Enlight and Enthunder does not overwrite itself when being cast when previous effect is still on, the icon with renewed timer remains but the effect is not activated. When manualy cancelled, effect is applied to the weapon.

I can confirm this too.

• Cast enthunder.
• Attack mob, do additional damage.
• Cast enthunder again (overwriting the one you have)
• Attack mob, do no additional damage.
• Manually remove enthunder effect.
• Cast enthunder a third time (adding the effect rather than overwriting)
• Attack mob, do additional damage.
