Destiny Save vs Death #107

When a player reaches 0 Life (can we go <0 Life?): The Destiny counter area becomes a button 'Destiny Save vs Death' that the player can click if they have enough Destiny remaining. If they don't, they should still be able to see the button but the button will be disabled
