Utilize Foundry built-in Effects Management functionality

added Movement Buffs and Conditions
left the built-in foundry ones for dead/defeated, invisible and blind as they have some other effect besides status icon (to be replaced) + fly
identify what other status would make sense to have on the right-click

Immobilized now will set Movement to 0

Early Access release includes this as part of Beta Testing in Homebrew Should be revisited after the new Data Models are implemented to save double-work & needless redesigns
