AppV2 will be the new standard for designing UI elements going forward. Metanthropes should transition to AppV2 throughout our codebase and leverage some of it's cool new features such as:
Ability to have Dark/Light Theme
Require less code to build complex concepts like we have
Built-in Support for tabs
Decouple & Remove redundant rendering hacks we have to properly deliver a responsive UI
Utilize built-in elements for filepicker and other types of selectors
Utilize the grid selector for multiple choices like the targets selection instead of a not-friendly-ui of having to ctrl+click to select multiples
tighter integration with Data Models, optimizing throughout
opportunity to re-do everything with localization built-in
AppV2 is not just about a new Actor & Item sheets but it's also for every other dialog/window element that we present - from Roll New Actor to finalize and filepickers - everything will need to be revamped.
