Hunger Roll before MetaEval: 1d100 -> simple yes / no - no Criticals, no Destiny, destinyReRoll true - vs 10-90% based on LvL -- on === it's a fail, Success needs to roll > that LvL // In case of DestCost MP, do not -- Destiny until Hunger is successful. As soon as I pass the Hunger Test, I won't have to re-roll it until I try a different action/activation, normally spending destiny for re-rolls of the action from then on. If Multi-Action, for each Multi-Action I have to beat Hunger.
Changes to Pain: In case PainEffect < 0 (Pain>lvls of Success) it needs to stop at making result into a Failure, not giving any lvlsofFail.

Q: For senses lost we need to change the drop down to a series of check boxes (?) and evaluate what happens to the Targets during execution - 'fails the roll' means I get 0 targets are result? can I still 'blind-fire' the Item or not?
Q: Maimed? Q: Amnesia/Probed/Infiltrated? Q: unconsious block any roll/activation/execution or not?
