Promoted seeds

A few models have been suggested for how to get some seeds to be played more than others:

• Select one seed that's blessed as the default one.
• Periodically select a new featured. Make available an index over seeds that were previously selected and when.
• Keep track of the seed that has been completed the most times.
• Keep track of the seed with the fastest completion time.
