Missing graphics in cave tileset #103

With the oncoming lower levels we need to look through alltp to see if there are any graphics for door_top and door_support on lower levels in caves since the high level ones do not look good, unlike other tilesets.

There are none in the cave dungeon, maybe there are caves in the game which have them.
