The new tileset should have 2 floor placeholders:
Each floor pattern will exist in 4 variants:
Cracked floors will be created in pattern for which design exists
Ice, sand, and shallow water will be renamed floor_sand, floor_shallow_water and floor_ice
New 8x16, 16x8 and 8x8 versions will be created for shallow_water and deep_water to allow for better alignment in components.
New 8x16 and 16x8 version will be created for shallow_water_border to be used as replacements for wall_border
