add gh-pages branch #5

If we had the gh-pages branch created we could use github as a server for our examples.

Sounds good, but let's wait until we have some examples first.

In any case, I'd like to make sure the examples, for as long as possible, can work locally (file->open->html-file.html)

Have you ever used gh pages before?
