File types with greater granularity #12

Right now the tool thinks about all FASTA, GFF, etc.. the same. This should probably be expanded to allow for things like transcriptomic and genomic assembly assignment to the file object nodes. Other examples may come up as things progress.

1) allow for transcriptomic and genomic searches

I would like to think about genomes and transcriptomes at this point. The stats for them are very similar.
