How do new objects get inserted into the graph?

  1. Create Node Object(s) (Optional Stats/Busco/etc...)
    • Required
      • Species
      • Genus
      • Filename
      • Filetype
      • URL
    • Optional
      • Infraspecies
      • Origin
      • Counts Generation 2) Load Node(s)

How would someone get their data into the tool (from submission to loading)?

Should this be automated where appropriate at some point?

This is now done by Bionorm. This issue should probably be changed to "improve documentation"
