Known GO annotations are available at some of the other sites (eg. Soybase gene annotation lookup tool) but the same GO annotations are only acquired through the LIS transcript annotation tool by using InterProScan. Is it worth having these known GO annotations available here to avoid the compute and time necessary to run IPR?
