Make feature-title class appear as a button and add :active to button CSS #129

Current "buttons" with the feature-title class do not appear as actual buttons and give no indication that they can be clicked on when hovered over.
Actual buttons (<button> elements) do not change in appearance at all when clicked on, giving users no indication that the task actually went through.
