Obsolete LIS URL for linkouts #151

As in https://github.com/LegumeFederation/cmap-js/issues/149#issuecomment-2312877729, the linkout urls use an obsolte url which now returns a 404 Ex: https://legumeinfo.org/feature/Phaseolus/vulgaris/genetic_marker/${item.id}

@That-Thing == I (@jd-campbell) volunteer to update/fix the file "glyma.collinearity+genes+markers.cmap.gz" and reload the file.

Suggested url to replace QTL url: https://dev.soybase.org/tools/search/gene.html?page=1&genus=Glycine&identifier=${item.id}
