We have been referring to this link from various websites, documents, grant proposals, etc. I would urge to include a couple of sentences to describe what this tool does right at the top until you guys have a publication to refer to. Perhaps a link to Anne's video tutorial will be a nice addition too.
Something like,

It extracts information from VCF file and does a parallel comparison between two or more lines within that VCF file plotting the location of these differences on the chromosome for visualization.
