perhaps relevant to this issue, I have been getting some interest from Nevin regarding GCV on MtHapMap genomes with the instance I created primarily as a proof of concept for the workshop here: https://legumefederation.org/mthapmap_context_viewer/#/instructions

we're going to be trying to push hard on populating the DataStore with the major products of the MtHapMap project, and perhaps we can use this as a good opportunity to coordinate with you on how to minimize confusion to the community as we start to adopt this data into our systems?

I've put the general subject as an agenda item for tomorrow.
