clear out test discus posts or just disable forum functionality #1

if we keep the forum we need to make sure we know how to manage it, right @ekcannon ?

I think that statement goes for the entire site. :)

sounds like a meta issue- we'll need a meta superuser for that!

Adding Sam's comments here to keep them with this issue:

Yeah, Disqus is a standalone system; the site uses a plugin which is accessed using the hamburger menu on the forum page (there is no administrative tool for this one).

I've set it up for testing on fisher using my personal Disqus account. But we (Jacqueline?) need to set up a dedicated account for LegFed. I've attached a screen grab of the Disqus control panel for a "site" (Legume Federation) under my account. "Sites" are associated with hosts (fisher.ncgr.org in this case).

have taken the Forum page off the menu for now; can discus re-enabling when we're ready
