Doesn't focus WoW window when casting fish #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enabling the "Allow fishing in the the background option" feature where
the program automatically switches between your active window and WoW (and
back again) when a fish is hooked and need to be caught).
2. Set focus on a different window (ex. EyeTV).
3. Wait for the program to cast out the line.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the program making WoW active and cast the line and making
the other program in focus active again. 
Seeing: WoW doesn't cast the line out but simply starts searching for the
bobber.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.6 - MacOS

Please provide any additional information below.
Should be simply to fix as this feature already works for clicking on the
bobber.
