Add manuscript owners to details view #12

Currently only the contents of a manuscript are listed when you click through to the details view, but we have information on (some of) the owners too. See also #9

Manuscript owners are visible now, when they are available. I'll update the code to show a message when no owners are available

If no owners are known, it now says so.
