[x] Rewrite javascript to be more flexible

[x] ~~Use jquery.ajax to send the request instead of submitting the form to an iframe~~
[x] Check that the insurance blog post renders properly
[x] Make it so you can generate css and js without sourcemaps

Updated the draft post to match the new code. I think this is more or less ready - will deploy this evening!
