Automatically deploy

When something is merged to master, we need to do the following steps automatically:

• Build production assets (gulp production)
• Copy the assets to the server (rsync something)
• Put them in the right place (ssh to the server and do stuff?)
• Delete the temporary files (ssh?)
• Restart Ghost (ssh?)
