Rewrite to https for links #11

When new update is posted showing that there was a new post for the course with 
an excerpt, the "fancy url" for showing the whole post are rewritten to 
"http://..." instead of "https://...". 

The same issue occurs both for 1DV403 and 1DV404.

Yep, there is a problem with perma link structures not updating correctly when 
creating new courses. We will look in to this. I think it should be kind of OK 
for 1DV403 now. Will try to update 1DV404 manually. The problem will remain for 
other courses though.
